RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love everything you order from House of Fletch! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.

House of Fletch does not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged when the requested item is available.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Sale, clearance, final sale items, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
